2007 BluesAQue

During 2007 we just dipped our toe in the BBQ waters again and did only one contest, just like we had in 2006. We were still a new team, and still made plenty of mistakes, but we also made some positive changes and had our first taste of success with our first two awards. We were trying out new gear during the contest, having replaced the Smokey Mountain smokers with a custom Klose pit. We knew we had improved, but were still surprised when we got two calls to the stage.
