2011 ZBQ
This was our first trip to the Rock 'n Ribfest in Merrimack, NH, and our first year doing more than one contest. This contest draws 20,000 people a day when the weather is good, so it was an interesting experience for us working with such a large crowd there. Our pork was a poor performer in this contest and the next. We still weren't that organized, and each contest took a lot of effort. We were cooking more, but still not effort to be consistent.
