2011 ZBQ
The was the Sam's Club local contest, the first of three tiers in a national contest. We had to finish in the top 10 to advance, and we were just out of it in 12th. Our chicken and ribs underperformed here. The brisket was exceptional, but couldn't pull us up far enough. It was an interesting event though, well put together. We would try it again if they continue the series, but hopefully the next "northeast" location is a little more north..
