Welcome to the new ZBQ web site.  We are still building the site out, so please pardon our appearance while we get everything set up.

ZBQ is a competitive BBQ team, based out of Rhode Island.  We are starting our fourth year of competitive BBQ contests, and the team is starting to enjoy some real success in the New England area.   We want this site to serve as a way to communicate with people that follow the team, and to share our interest in the art of barbeque.  We are planning forums, how-to articles, photo galleries, and more.  The first feature out of the gate is our BBQ Blog, Smoking Addiction, written by Paul Zonfrillo.
